I'm a psychologist who works with adults navigating periods of change, emotional distress, and patterns that may feel difficult to understand or break. My approach is integrative, drawing primarily from psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing. I believe therapy is not only about reducing symptoms but also about understanding the patterns behind them—how past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the challenges we face today. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, personality-related concerns, and questions surrounding identity, purpose, and life transitions. My goal is to create a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can better understand yourself while developing practical ways to move forward. I offer in-person and telehealth services and am currently accepting new clients.
