Times are challenging. If you're feeling dissatisfied, depressed, unfulfilled, nervous, or disconnected from others, I can offer guidance and support. The therapy I provide is grounded in compassion, non-judgment, and curiosity. Utilizing an integrative approach, we'll find a path that works for you. Working in a rural community, the issues my clients face can be many: grief and loss; depression and anxiety; challenging relationships; life transitions; parenting; finding purpose & meaning; creating healthy boundaries; perfectionism; healing trauma; exploring gender and sexuality. In addition to 'talk therapy', I also offer nature-based therapy (ecotherapy). Sessions may include walking and talking outdoors, engaging in various awareness practices, or creating nature art. Ecotherapy can increase resiliency, improve attention and concentration, and decrease overall stress. Outdoor sessions are available, regardless of fitness level. I’d be happy to talk briefly on the phone to see if we are a good fit, and to answer any questions you may have. Creating a good therapeutic match is my priority, and I can also help with connecting you to other providers. I currently work primarily with adolescents and individual adults. Occasionally I offer small, eco-therapy groups in outdoor settings.
