Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #127699) in California. I identify as queer, bicultural, and disabled; my pronouns are she/her/hers. My areas of specialty include trauma, the LGBTQIA+ experience, and cultural stress. I provide multicultural therapy for the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma using an integrated approach that includes psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy, and mindfulness. My treatment plans are tailored for the unique needs of each of my clients and are based on a foundation of safety and collaboration. I will work actively with you to process past trauma, address current life challenges, develop tools to improve your interpersonal relationships, and foster personal growth.
