Introduction

Currently accepting clients for afternoon and evening appointments. Many of us struggle to gain acceptance by masking our true self, pretending to be the person someone else wants us to be, or by avoiding social encounters altogether to avert shame and rejection. While these strategies can provide temporary relief, they often leave us feeling empty or tormented and prevent us from truly connecting with ourselves and others. Voicing your authentic self in your own time and in your own way guides the therapy process and opens pathways into healing, change, and discovering new perspectives that provide relief. My focus is on neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism. I also work with anxiety and with clients affected by hypermobility including rare disorders like Ehlers-Danlos. Appointments are in-person in downtown Burlington, VT with parking and accessibility to public transportation. Reach out with any questions and to discuss what you would like from therapy. I look forward to connecting with you.
