Introduction

I believe every person deserves to be heard and respected without judgment and I bring this core belief into my practice. I am deeply passionate about connecting with people and do this with curiosity, compassion, and patience. I've assisted people who have experienced complex issues such as childhood trauma, emotional disturbance, substance abuse, and marginalization. From my personal and professional experiences, I've found that each person has the inner strength to recover. Together, I look forward to learning yours. I began my career in 2016 and have worked in psychiatric, addiction, and private settings assisting individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My goal is to create a safe space where people can learn to trust, be vulnerable, and believe in better days.
