Introduction

I've been working in mental health for over two decades, and I bring that depth of experience to every session. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Maryland, Tennessee, and Arkansas, I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and the unique challenges that come with parenting and military service. My work at the Memphis VA Hospital's emergency department has deepened my understanding of trauma and crisis, and I'm committed to bringing that same compassionate, grounded approach to my private practice. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and trauma-informed techniques to meet you where you are. Whether you're a young adult finding your way, navigating life's complexities as an adult, or an elder seeking support, I'm here to help. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Let's work together toward meaningful change.
