Introduction

I provide supportive, nonjudgmental addiction counseling for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating substance use and life challenges. I began my work in addiction treatment, including detox, where I supported individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how overwhelming early recovery can feel and how important it is to meet people with compassion, patience, and respect. I specialize in working with clients who feel unsure about change, helping them explore their goals and take realistic steps forward. Using a trauma-informed approach and Motivational Interviewing, I support clients in building insight, developing coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and capable of moving toward the life you want.
