You may feel stuck in cycles of compulsive pornography use, shame, anxiety, or the effects of trauma or PTSD. These struggles may strain your relationships, faith, or sense of self. You may have prayed, made promises to yourself, or tried harder, yet the same patterns keep returning. I help teens and adults, especially men, understand what keeps these cycles going and develop practical skills for lasting change. I also work with OCD, substance use, difficult life transitions, and questions of faith or identity. You do not have to choose between sound clinical care and a faith that matters to you. My approach is compassionate, practical, and non-shaming. I use CBT, ACT, ERP for OCD, narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies. My experience includes 988 crisis response, trauma care, and psychotherapy at Harbor Point Christian Behavioral Health. Christian faith is included only when you want it. Reaching out can be difficult when shame, faith, trauma, or relationships are involved. As a trauma survivor, I know through training and lived experience that healing is not a straight line. You do not need it all figured out before reaching out. I offer in-person and online therapy, with a free 15-minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
