I trained as a chaplain in health care settings before moving into social work. I loved chaplaincy but have found I enjoy being a therapist so I can better journey with people through their lives. I frequently work with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck in life. I frequently work with clients who are queer or polyamorous as well as clients who are exploring spiritual concerns. I focus largely on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, letting client's individual values guide their journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have a Master of Social Work from Kennesaw State. I also have a Master of Divinity from Emory University and four units of Clinical Pastoral Education.
