Introduction

Welcome to Renewed Mind Counseling & Wellness... At Renewed Mind Counseling & Wellness, I believe that true healing addresses the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. My name is Tiffany R. Walker, LMSW, and I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and faith-integrated counseling to help you navigate life’s challenges, restore inner peace, and embrace the fullness of who you are. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or a season of uncertainty, I offer a safe and supportive space where your story is honored and your healing is prioritized. My approach combines clinical best practices — such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness — with the timeless wisdom of Scripture and holistic wellness principles. Here, you are not just a diagnosis or a set of symptoms. You are a whole person with a unique story, God-given strengths, and the capacity for growth and renewal. Together, we will work toward transformation — renewing your mind, restoring your soul, and equipping you to live with resilience, clarity, and hope. “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” — Romans 12:2 About the Therapist Rev. Tiffany R. Walker, LMSW, MDiv Rev. Walker specializes in working with black women as well as people from other historically marginalized and underserved backgrounds who have survived complex trauma, experiencing life transitions, palliative care & hospice patients and families, as well as those who suffer from depression, stress, or anxiety. Tiffany incorporates a strengths-based, culturally responsive approach rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Psychoanalysis. As a faith-integrated therapist, Tiffany believes in nurturing the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — helping clients uncover their gifts, heal their wounds, and live into their God-given purpose. Her work is guided by trust, honesty, confidentiality, and the deep conviction that true wellness is both holistic and culturally rooted. When she’s not providing therapy, Tiffany creates practical tools for everyday healing — including her Roots & Resilience framework, a book on holistic mental wellness, a podcast on the importance of mental health, and faith-based resources like Bible studies, meditations, and self-care guides to support the healing journey. Unique Therapeutic Approach I utilize a strengths-based framework, seeing people through their gifts, talents, and cultural identity. I draw from CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Psychoanalysis, Person-in-Environment (PIE), Cultural Competence, and Black Feminist Therapy. I intentionally integrate spirituality and faith-based practices for clients who want it often blending psychological healing with spiritual growth. I believe in mind-body-soul connection and holistic healing, not just symptom management. Vision Statement At Renewed Mind Counseling and Wellness, our vision is to empower individuals to rediscover wholeness and resilience through a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. We strive to create a safe, compassionate, and affirming space where healing is guided by strength-based, trauma-informed, and faith-integrated care. Our hope is to support clients in transforming their challenges into growth, achieving lasting wellness, and living purpose-filled lives rooted in spiritual renewal and mental clarity. Core Values Holistic Healing: We believe true wellness involves caring for the whole person—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. I bring my whole self — trained, but also human, present, and grounded in my own journey of faith and wholeness. Please feel free to contact me or schedule a session directly online. It's one click away to get started. I look forward to holding safe, sacred space with you soon! — Tiffany Walker, LMSW, MDiv.
