Hi, my name is Rhaea Goff, LCSW. You may appear capable, successful, and put-together on the outside, while feeling unfulfilled, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed on the inside. These feelings often surface during life transitions: career changes, relationship shifts, identity shifts, or moments when life no longer feels aligned. While transitions can bring anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and uncertainty, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I work with women who are tired of performing and want support navigating these transitions with honesty and depth. Together, we’ll build insight, clarity, and meaningful change. In our work together, we will focus on developing healthy coping skills, reducing anxiety and depressive symptoms, and strengthening self-compassion so you can show up more fully. I use evidence-based approaches, including ACT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and Strength-Based therapy in collaborative, interactive sessions. Sessions are hope-driven, future-oriented, and on change. At times, activities are offered to complete between sessions to support continued growth. Your experiences of anxiety, depression, and self-doubt are valid and deserve thoughtful, dedicated care. Together, we will develop goals that meet your treatment needs and focus on growth that feels empowering, achievable, and aligned with your values.
