From an early age, I found myself fascinated by human behavior and relationships, what makes people fight or hide, how to connect with others and still maintain a sense of self, and how to expand into full potential. I feel passionate about helping others find the path to their inner truths and full potential, unlearn the patterns and constraints of fear and other limitations, and live with authenticity. I specialize in working with clients who want to explore themselves with curiosity and depth in therapy, sometimes utilizing Brainspotting or Internal Family Systems (IFS) to bring the focus to the somatic and experiential level. As a marriage and family therapist, I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples in helping them to find their own way to create balance on multiple levels in life.
