I'm a clinical intern committed to making therapy accessible with low-cost services while completing my Master of Social Work through Rutgers University. Healing is personal, communal, and political. You don’t have to navigate it alone. You may face obstacles like life changes, negative self-image, relationship or sexual struggles, trauma, chronic illness, or systemic injustice. In therapy, you should have your identity, core values, beliefs, and experiences (culture, race, ability, gender, relationship structure, and more) honored in that journey. Together we’ll shape goals that honor your whole self and support lasting growth. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally inclusive/responsive, and liberationist. By drawing from CBT, ACT, IFS/parts, mindfulness, creative arts, and much more, my aim is to be holistic & realistic about what works. I foster a space to explore life – shame, dreams, anger, joy, grief, hope, love – through conversation, reflection, movement, and creativity. You deserve a space where you are truly seen, heard, and respected – in mind, body, experience, identity, community, and full self. Together, we can face what feels heavy, nurture your strengths, and start building the life you want now. Schedule an appointment today to get started.
