Introduction

You might be dealing with anxiety, OCD, burnout, identity, intimacy, relationships, old wounds, or simply a sense that something in your life is not working. Maybe you overthink everything, know exactly why you do what you do, and still cannot seem to change the pattern. Maybe you’re LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, chronically ill, navigating marginalization, or just tired of editing and shrinking yourself. I work with people 16+ who want therapy that takes both their inner world and the world around them seriously. Together, we’ll turn insight into practical change while building a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and yours. My approach is collaborative, practical, and liberation-oriented. We’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, understand it in the context of your life and identity, and choose strategies that fit you rather than force you into a formula. I draw on approaches (CBT, ACT, ERP, and much more) to build skills, flexibility, self-understanding, and meaningful change. You don’t need to have the right words (or even know exactly what’s wrong!) to start therapy. You deserve a space where you can show up without shrinking, translating, or editing yourself. If you’re looking for therapy that is thoughtful, honest, and grounded in who you actually are, reach out. We can figure out what comes next together. Schedule an appointment today to get started.
