Introduction

Welcome, I’m really glad you’re here. I am an Army veteran and a therapist who will truly listen to what you have to say. I specialize in supporting people who carry a lot—mentally, emotionally, and sometimes physically. It is an honor to work alongside active duty military, military veterans, and their families, as well as first responders, teachers, executives, parents, students, caregivers, and individuals and couples navigating everyday life. If you are experiencing burnout, exhaustion, or anxiety, you don’t have to face it alone—your experience is valid, your strengths matter, and you’re allowed to move toward steadier ground, one compassionate step at a time. If you or your student are currently navigating anxiety and need support with coping skills for the stress that can come with school, homework, organization, and/or low self-esteem, I would be honored to partner with you. Together, we can create a customized care plan that reflects your goals and addresses your concerns as a parent. If you’ve been stuck in autopilot, feeling like you have to ‘keep going,’ while your nervous system feels overloaded, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to justify what you’re experiencing. I truly understand. I also specialize in the trauma associated with “translating POC”-the heavy emotional weight that can come from being expected to bridge cultures, interpret experiences, educate others, or carry meaning that isn’t truly yours to hold alone. I am here for members of the LGBTQ+ community and anyone navigating identity, safety, belonging, and acceptance—especially when stress has become constant. You may be looking for support as a couple, as a teen, or as a senior/older adult, whatever your stage of life, you deserve care that’s grounded, respectful, and practical. We’ll move at your pace, focusing on what’s most impacting you right now, and building tools that help you feel safer, clearer, and more resourced. If you are ready, we can start with one simple question: What has your mind and body been trying to tell you? Let's schedule your first session, and talk about it!* * Feel free to cuss, cry and questions things- this is your safe space --your voice and your life matter.
