As a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist completing clinical training under supervision, my work centers on supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex emotional experiences, relational dynamics, and periods of personal transformation. I am passionate about fostering healing, insight, and meaningful connection. I support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relational conflict, and the impact of past experiences on how they feel, think, and connect with others. I’m especially interested in helping people reflect on how their experiences have shaped them, and gently explore what no longer feels aligned with who they are. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. I pay attention to the stories we’ve been shaped by and the patterns we may not even realize we’re repeating, especially the ones that once helped us cope but don’t quite fit anymore. Together, we’ll create space to be curious, to feel what’s been hard to name, and to explore new ways of relating that feel more aligned with you. Clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should be a space of care and respect, where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together. I see our work as something we build together that is meaningful, supportive, and rooted in what matters most to you. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist, and inclusive of all identities, bodies, and relationship structures. I’m committed to holding space that is shaped by cultural humility, trauma awareness, and an understanding of how systems of power impact our lives.
