Introduction

I am a clinical mental health counselor who has been working in private practice for 4 years. I got my start working in community mental health centers treating individuals who traditionally do not get access to quality care. I specialize in treating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationships. In my work, I ask clients to think deeply on their thoughts and behaviors so that together we can develop a full picture of who you are as a person and what changes can be made to get you closer to the life you really want to live.
