Introduction

Welcome! My name is Rich Sheridan. I began as a Social Worker in the mental health field and later returned for my doctorate and license in Clinical Psychology. I have nearly twenty years of experience working with patients navigating a wide range of mental health difficulties, relational problems, and life stressors. I offer integrative therapy, grounded in humanistic and psychodynamic principles. I see psychotherapy as a means of offering patients accompaniment and support, as well as facilitating deep and enduring forms of healing and change.
