Introduction

I’m a licensed psychologist based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in addiction, recovery, and the deeper work of lasting change. I support adults and families navigating substance use at every stage—from early sobriety and relapse concerns to long-term recovery and personal growth. Whether you’re seeking help for yourself or someone you love, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and supported. I also work closely with families and collaborate with referring professionals to ensure thoughtful guidance around treatment options, levels of care, and continuity of support. My approach goes beyond symptom management. For many clients, recovery opens the door to bigger questions about purpose, identity, and meaning. I help people explore what comes next—whether that’s rebuilding relationships, strengthening resilience, or reconnecting with a sense of direction and vitality. Recovery is not only about abstinence, but about living with purpose, vitality, and choice. I believe healing unfolds when we listen closely to what life is asking for next. I welcome collaboration with other providers when helpful and offer a complimentary 15 minute phone or video consultation. Sessions are available in person or via secure telehealth.
