My journey into mental health began through my own experiences as an athlete, where I saw firsthand how the mind can be both a powerful ally and a major obstacle to performance and wellbeing. After earning my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Corban University, I dedicated my career to helping others build resilience, confidence, and emotional balance—both in and outside of sport. I specialize in working with athletes, young adults, and multicultural communities, providing bilingual (English/Spanish) counseling and mental performance coaching. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a trauma-informed and culturally grounded perspective—creating a safe, compassionate space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re facing anxiety, self-doubt, performance challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to help you strengthen your mindset, rediscover your purpose, and develop the mental tools to thrive. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change—one session, one step, one mindset shift at a time.
