Introduction

Are you ready for a change? Maybe you’re tired of letting the past have power over you, or maybe you're carrying emotions that make you feel stuck, afraid, and isolated. Or maybe a recent event has shaken the foundation of your life. Whatever your reason for being here, I understand how overwhelming it is to want change but not know where to begin. So many people try to “fix” themselves by pushing past their feelings, pretending they’re fine, or hoping things will somehow fall into place. But true change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be different. It comes from meeting yourself where you are with compassion and honesty. As a relational, trauma-informed therapist, I will work one-on-one with you to safely explore the patterns holding you back from growth, connection, and authenticity. My approach can support healing reactivity to past trauma, strengthening emotional connection, and cultivating resilience to create lasting change in every area of your life. Therapy with me is about deepening connection as well as practical change, so I maintain a calm, attuned presence that makes sessions feel like a safe space for you to be seen and heard. If you’re ready to let go and write a new chapter for your life, let’s connect. I offer therapy to adults, couples, & adolescents in California, both online and in-person.
