As a mom of 2 & with a diverse background myself, I hope to offer a compassionate, functional, & relational therapeutic experience. I am a trauma-informed somatic psychotherapist, and support clients through present day challenges while offering hope for the future and healing from the past. My sessions focus on combining mindful practices (like yoga & meditation), neurobiological education, supportive, real life tools, and a warm and grounded client/counselor relationship At the core of my work is a deep respect for our shared humanity & allowing this to be a source of deep connection.
