Hi! I am glad you are here. Reaching out for support can be a vulnerable step for many, and you deserve to be met wherever you are in your therapy journey with compassion and enthusiasm. As an autistic and Latina member of the LGBTQ+ community, I value creating a safe environment to explore whatever challenges you may be facing. Because no person is one-size-fits-all, I believe in using a multitude of therapeutic approaches. I use elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS), person-centered therapy, and dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT) in sessions. I have also received training in Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR). I received my master’s degree in counseling from Arizona State University and focused much of my work on neurodiversity (e.g., autism, ADHD). Throughout my time working as a clinician, I have gained further experience in trauma and related disorders, including dissociative disorders, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD. I provide services via telehealth only. While my license is in Arizona, I also maintain privilege to practice with clients in Minnesota through the Counseling Compact. I work with children 10+, adolescents, and adults of all ages. You may book a free 15-minute consultation. Please do so by reaching out to the Gender Identity Center through our website, www.genderidentitycenter.com.
