Introduction

As a licensed therapist (LCMHC) I provide telehealth in NC and SC. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, stress, or career concerns, my role is to walk along side you, offering compassion, clinical expertise, and practical strategies to help build balance and resilience in your life. Raising children on your own can feel incredibly overwhelming, but you do not have to carry the weight alone. I specialize in supporting single mothers as they navigate the unique challenges of solo parenting. Through a compassionate, empowering approach, I help moms manage the overwhelm, establish healthy boundaries, and find balance while healing from past trauma. I also partner with teenagers and young adults as they navigate the critical transitions of self-image, college life, and career exploration. I provide a secure, non-judgmental space to quiet your inner critic, build genuine self-worth, and uncover your unique strengths.
