Introduction

Katie Andersen, LCSW, CADC Co-Owner/ Clinician I work with teens (16+) and adults navigating stress, self-doubt, and life transitions, offering practical tools, a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My experience includes anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, OCD, and chronic pain/CRPS. I support men’s mental health, including men in the trades, as well as relationship challenges and major life changes. Drawing from my background in collegiate athletics and coaching, I emphasize wellness, balance, and resilience. I enjoy supporting women navigating menopause and midlife transitions, individuals facing substance use challenges, and athletes adjusting to change. My goal is to help you strengthen what’s already working, feel more grounded, move forward with greater clarity, resilience, confidence, and healthier patterns. Katie Ott LCSW, CADC, CFRC Co-Owner/ Clinician I am deeply passionate about partnering with individuals to create meaningful strategies that address current challenges and support navigating life’s pressures. My background includes extensive work with children, teens, adults, families, as well as Veterans and First Responders, allowing me to bring a broad and compassionate perspective to my practice. Grounded in an empathetic, strengths-based approach, I draw from evidence-based interventions and psychoeducation to support healing and growth. My clinical experience spans trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and co-occurring conditions across both adolescent and adult populations. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and equipped to make positive, lasting change.
