Introduction

Katie Andersen, LCSW, CADC Co-Owner/ Clinician I work with teens (16+) and adults, helping them navigate life’s challenges with understanding and practical tools. My background in collegiate athletics and coaching inspired my shift into the mental health and addiction field, where I continue to emphasize wellness, balance, and growth. I have a particular passion for supporting women, individuals working in the trades, and athletes or former athletes who are managing transitions or rediscovering their identity beyond their work or sport. My goal is to help you strengthen what’s already working and feel empowered in your path forward. Katie Ott LCSW, CADC, CFRC Co-Owner/ Clinician I find it immensely rewarding to collaborate with individuals in crafting strategies to tackle present obstacles and manage life's pressures. My background is rich with diverse interactions, having worked with children, teens, adults, families, as well as Veterans & first responders. At the heart of my practice lies an empathetic, strengths-based methodology. My practice experience covers a range of presenting concerns, including trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring disorders in both the adolescent and adult population. I utilize evidence-based strategies and psychoeducation in the treatment process.
