Introduction

I view therapy as a space for exploration, growth, and healing, and I am honored to walk alongside clients on their journey. I aim to create a warm and supportive relationship where you feel truly seen and understood, so you can begin to explore what is making you feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of what’s getting in your way, learn practical tools, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others that brings more clarity, connection, and ease. I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship and family struggles, and life transitions. A central focus of my work is perinatal mental health. I specialize in working with individuals navigating fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Before becoming a therapist, I spent a decade as a birth doula, supporting families through some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments. This gave me a deep appreciation for how complex the perinatal period can be. Becoming a parent reshapes our identity, relationships, and emotional life. It can stir up old wounds, bring about new worries and anxieties, and feelings of grief, guilt, or isolation. Whether you’re in the depths of postpartum depression or anxiety, grieving a loss, questioning your sense of self, or simply needing a supportive space—you don’t have to do it alone. I’m certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and was a fellow in UW–Madison’s Infant, Early Childhood & Family Mental Health Capstone Program. I draw from a variety of modalities, including psychodynamic therapy, ACT, CBT, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness As a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist, my approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. My goal is to provide a nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to be fully yourself as you explore what matters most, learn supportive tools and strategies, and reconnect with yourself to create meaningful, lasting change.
