Introduction

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, making even the simplest tasks seem impossible. I offer a supportive space where you can identify and challenge difficult thoughts and emotions while developing effective coping strategies for life's stressors and transitions. I work with individuals navigating major life transitions, stress, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Use and trauma to help them feel more confident and centered. I support individuals in recovery, folks who are sober curious, and those in active addiction. My focus is on guiding you through shame, grief, codependency and improving emotion regulation, self-worth, assertiveness, and interpersonal relationships. My focus includes addressing past traumas and how they relate to your current struggles. I am trained in EMDR and work with PTSD and C-PTSD to help you understand how your past impacts your present responses and to assist you in learning more adaptive ways to navigate your daily challenges. Together, we’ll build skills to create balance in your life. Using a holistic approach, I help you regulate your nervous system and stay present. Once you feel more grounded, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed techniques to help you understand how your thoughts impact your emotions and daily life. I prioritize cultivating self-understanding, focusing on self-awareness and flexible ways of responding that align with your values. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is significant, and I work diligently to build connection throughout each session. I value self-discovery and self-love, emphasizing your strengths and how to utilize them effectively in your life. My approach invites reflection and gentle challenge, allowing you to develop awareness and self-compassion while practicing new ways of responding. I believe in honest, compassionate conversations that foster insight and facilitate real progress. My ultimate goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes and feel more in control of your life, cultivating a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I am excited to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and personal growth.
