My focus includes addressing past traumas and how they relate to your current struggles. I am trained in EMDR and work with PTSD and C-PTSD to help you understand how your past impacts your present responses and to assist you in learning more adaptive ways to navigate your daily challenges. Once you feel more grounded, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed techniques to help you understand how your thoughts impact your emotions and daily life.
