Introduction

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (Registration Pending) with Axis Mundi Center for Mental Health and am supervised weekly by Elysha "Lacy" Martinez, LMFT #93493. My passion is partnering with individuals and families experiencing tension or disconnection in their relationships, worry about existing and parenting in today's world, and how to navigate generational legacies. I work alongside you to foster resilience and deep, lasting connection. I take a relational approach to therapy, meaning that I believe that deep healing happens in connection: between therapist and client, with ourselves, our families and communities, and the natural world. We will engage in work (and play!) that enriches these connections. I believe in the healing power of nature and like to work with clients outdoors when possible. I also see clients via secure telehealth with people residing across California. Therapy is a personal journey that can transform how we relate to ourselves and the world around us. I hold our time together as a space to write your own story and re-write your understanding of yourself and your place in the world. I'm honored to be a witness on this journey. Schedule a free consult to see if we are a good fit!
