I offer a creative, hands-on approach grounded in trauma-informed and relational care for clients who want to explore their feelings and experiences beyond traditional talk therapy. Through art-making and reflection, we process emotions, connect with your felt sense, and better understand patterns that may be holding you back. Sessions may incorporate breathwork, meditation, and other somatic practices to support self-awareness and strengthen the connection between mind and body. In addition to individual art therapy sessions, I also provide consultations for gender-affirming care letters, according to World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) standards.
