Hi, I’m Rivkah Adison, LMFT I work with individuals and couples who feel stuck in cycles of conflict, emotional distance, and intimacy struggles, even when there’s still love there. My approach to therapy is structured, goal-oriented, and research-based. I don’t do fluff or endless venting. I help clients understand patterns, set boundaries, and make real, lasting change using approaches like the Gottman Method and EFT. Therapy with me balances warmth and accountability.
