I began my career in 2006, managing an outreach program that served young people experiencing homelessness. Driven to learn more in order to better serve the community, I relocated to St. Louis where I earned a Master’s Degree and PhD in Social Work. I bring a community-centered and systems-informed approach to therapy, rooted in two decades of experience across direct service and leadership. My clinical work is grounded in the belief that individuals thrive when they are met with both empathy and accountability. My therapeutic style reflects a balance of compassionate support and strategic guidance. I am committed to creating a safe, empowering space where my clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and take meaningful steps toward growth. Whether working with individuals navigating complex trauma, life transitions, or systemic barriers, my approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and focused on lasting change.
