Introduction

Hello! I'm Robert Ford, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Now U Talking. With experience in outpatient and residential mental health settings, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is relational, practical, and collaborative. I believe therapy should provide a space to feel understood while also helping you develop the insight, skills, and confidence to create meaningful change. I strive to meet each person where they are, consider the impact of their relationships, culture, and experiences, and help them move toward the life and relationships they want.
