Introduction

My ideal client is someone who is struggling with an issue that feels too big to deal with by themselves. Whether it's anxiety, depression, ADHD, or dealing with the emotions and aftereffects of trauma, I would love for my client to be honest about what their needs are and how they want to grow towards healing. I'm a clinician who can see all kinds of clients, but I have trained specifically in disciplines like EMDR for helping people process complex traumas. I eclectically utilize Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques for helping clients meet their goals of staying mindful, managing their thoughts and feelings, and growing daily. When you meet me, you can tell I'm a people person. It's just the way I'm built! I absolutely love every day that I get to do my job, which is spend time walking alongside amazing people and help navigate on the journey that they're taking.
