Introduction

Choosing a therapist is tough, so here's how I differ from other therapists. I work best with people who feel stuck in patterns they understand intellectually but still can't seem to change emotionally. Many of my clients are dealing with trauma, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, chronic depression, relationship issues, or painful inner conflict. I find that combining parts work, hypnotherapy, and a depth-oriented approach helps people not only understand and relate to their issues, but provides emotional relief and self-acceptance. Together, we'll work towards inner peace, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I tend toward a depth-oriented approach to therapy, specializing in parts work, hypnotherapy, and dream analysis. My approach is informed by IFS, Jungian Psychology, and 14 years of clinical experience. I help my clients access emotional, body-based, and unconscious patterns that are often difficult to reach through insight or talk therapy alone. If you’ve tried therapy a time or two before and still feel stuck, that doesn't mean healing is unavailable to you. Often, our symptoms make sense when we understand that you've simply been trying to survive, protect yourself, and cope. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out and see whether working together feels like a good fit. You're welcome to reach out for a free phone consultation to see if I'm the right therapist for you! *Only accepting telehealth clients ( via video call / phone) at this time.
