Therapy should be a space where you can show up as your full self without feeling like you have to translate your experiences to be understood. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, identity, relationships, and the weight that can come with balancing multiple roles and expectations. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in understanding the experiences that have shaped you while helping you decide what you want the next part of your story to look like. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, strengths-based approaches, and other evidence-informed practices based on your individual needs. I believe meaningful therapy is more than managing symptoms. It can also be about recognizing patterns, developing healthier ways of responding to challenges, strengthening your sense of self, and creating changes that feel realistic and sustainable in your everyday life. Through Forward Narrative Therapy, I provide virtual individual therapy for adults and young adults in a supportive, direct, and nonjudgmental environment. We’ll work together to understand where you’ve been, what’s happening now, and how you want to move forward.
