I believe therapy isn't just a place to vent. It should be a place where you come to understand yourself in ways you haven't before. I work with individuals and couples who are ready to work on their anxiety, anger, relationship challenges, and the pressures of everyday life. Much of our work involves understanding the patterns behind how you think, feel, and relate to others, and why certain things can be so difficult to change. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical. I'm not here to simply agree with everything you say or tell you what to do. I want to help you ask better questions, gain new perspectives, and develop the confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and intention. Ultimately, my hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling better, but understanding yourself better.
