Introduction

Life is challenging, and it is frustrating when you feel as if you have to face your struggles alone. As your counselor, I will work with you and for you, providing a time and space to explore and develop skills and solutions that align with your personal strengths, unique characteristics, and values. Using a counseling approach that is specifically tailored to your needs, wants, and goals, we will establish a positive and effective therapeutic relationship together. This relationship will be designed to help you face difficulties, feel equipped to navigate life’s challenges, and build self-confidence. I counsel individuals, couples, and families. Each approach for these groups is different, and I use proven counseling theories and techniques that work best for you, your relationship, or your family. I am straightforward and constructively challenge my clients, which I believe helps increase motivation to achieve your therapy goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. While I strive to help clients find solutions and reach their goals, I also understand the importance of being able to provide you with a non-judgmental space where you can be your authentic self and speak about emotions and feelings that are difficult to express to others in your life.
