Introduction

Welcome to RHRIII Counseling Hi, I'm Robert Rogers, LMSW. Each individual is unique, they come with their own experiences, anxieties, fears, hopes and dreams. That said, we all share a desire to be heard and understood; to better connect with ourselves the world around us. I work with each client to help identify their needs, create goals, and then we work together to make those goals a reality. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Guided Meditation, Mindfulness and other therapeutic practices to create a tailored treatment for each individual. I work with individuals, couples, families and have experience working with OCD, anger management, adjustment disorders. I am also certified in Trauma informed treatment practices for individuals dealing with trauma and PTSD. I believe that an open and honest dialogue is a key part of change and personal growth. With that in mind, I try to to create an environment where clients feel relaxed and secure. A place where they can open up and be themselves.
