Introduction

I’m Robert Sardy, Ph.D., a psychologist and health educator with a holistic approach to therapy and wellness. I help people understand the thought patterns and mind-body connections that shape how we feel, live, and relate to others. My background spans psychology, nutrition, personal training, and certifications in Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercises (TRE) and The Breathing Class, with additional training in yoga on the way. Like many of my clients, I’ve faced challenges myself. I’ve struggled with my weight, ignored my body for years, and had to learn firsthand how deeply our physical and emotional health are connected. In recent years, I’ve surprised myself by becoming a long-distance runner — something I never thought I could do. Running now helps me regulate emotions, quiet my mind, and reminds me that I can do hard things — lessons I carry into my work with clients. At Connect Therapy & Wellness, my goal is to meet you with warmth, humor, and practical strategies, and to help you find the tools and habits that bring you closer to living a healthier, happier, and more connected life.
