I've spent my career working with people navigating some of life's most challenging experiences. After two years treating service members returning from Afghanistan and Iraq while working with the Army in Germany, I served as Lead Therapist at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton's PTSD Intensive Outpatient Program. That work shaped my deep commitment to trauma recovery. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I now work with individuals across the lifespan—young adults, adults, and elders—addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, anger management, mood disorders, and the lasting effects of physical and sexual abuse. I draw on multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), hypnotherapy, and behavior modification to create a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I offer telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Healing is possible, and I'm here to support you.
