I believe we each carry fundamental human needs that are ever-changing — and it is through our choices and the relationships we nurture that we meet those needs and shape our path forward. Finding balance within life is fostered through challenging our perspectives and learning from our mistakes/failures, not shaming or fearing them. I have several years experience working with adults challenged by depression, anxiety, abuse and trauma, emotional disturbance, relationship issues, sexual behavior issues, adjustment disorders, problems with impulsivity and owning responsibility, and struggles with low self-esteem.
