Lasting healing and meaningful connection are possible—even when your relationship feels stuck, disconnected, or deeply hurt. I help couples create lasting solutions when they are struggling to save their relationship and feel unsure how to repair disconnection, conflict, or emotional pain. Using Attachment-Based and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I help couples restore love, joy, safety, and connection in their relationships. I also work with individuals who are ready for deep exploration of the underlying issues contributing to suffering and disconnection. I specialize in a love-from-the-inside-out approach. Whether you are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, past trauma, life transitions, stress, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others, I help you find healing, clarity, and a path forward. I recognize that we all go through periods of struggle, and sometimes we need a guide to help reflect the light that already exists within us—especially when life feels clouded by pain, confusion, or uncertainty. I believe that having the courage to be vulnerable creates the possibility for remarkable healing, both individually and within relationships. My years of education, training, and lived experience allow me to support clients in both intuitive and intentional ways. I bring genuine warmth, empathy, and a nonjudgmental presence so you can feel safe enough to share openly and explore what’s truly beneath the surface. As your guide, I work to uncover the root causes of your struggles through a holistic, multi-modality approach that builds on your strengths and supports meaningful, personalized change. I work with adults, individuals, and couples, and I have lived experience within LGBTQIA+, polyamory, and ethical non-monogamy communities, which informs my affirming and inclusive approach to care. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, I came to San Diego in search of sunshine in 2005. My path toward becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist was deeply shaped by my own healing and self-discovery journey, which began in my early twenties. In addition to psychotherapy, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, somatic approaches, inner child healing, and trauma work. My creative mind and exploratory spirit shape how I work with clients, allowing for depth, flexibility, and curiosity in the therapeutic process. I am passionate about helping people heal, reconnect, and create more authentic, joyful lives. “And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.” — Anaïs Nin
