I work both in-person and virtually with adults and adolescents navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and the challenges that come with neurodiversity, helping them better understand themselves and function more effectively in daily life. My approach to therapy is structured, practical, and tailored to each client. The goal is not just insight, but real, usable strategies that support meaningful progress outside of sessions. With over 25 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as those who may have gone undiagnosed for years but have struggled with anxiety, social difficulties, or sensory sensitivities. For couples, I am trained and certified in the Gottman Method of relationship counseling. This research-based approach helps couples improve communication, better understand one another, and develop practical tools for resolving conflict and strengthening connection.
