I provide trauma-informed therapy for teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and equipped to navigate life with more balance and hope. I take a trauma-informed, structured, and supportive approach to therapy. Using evidence-based methods and lessons from my time in the Army and teaching, I help teens and adults build resiliency, manage stress, and heal from past experiences. When working together, I am to help you feel heard and supported, discuss what's been difficult, set goals together, and begin a trauma-informed journey toward growth and healing - at your pace.
