You’re more than your stats, on and off the court. You’ve spent your life hitting goals, making the cut, and showing up. But lately, the "win" doesn't feel like enough. Maybe you’re navigating the heavy weight of racial identity in spaces that weren't built for you, or perhaps you’re tired of performing a version of yourself that feels like a mask. I’m Robin, and I help teens, young adults, and athletes move past the "imposter" feeling to build a confidence that actually sticks. As a former Division 1 athlete, I know firsthand that physical talent only gets you so far if your mental game is a battlefield. I also know what it’s like to navigate those "toughest years" of young adulthood feeling like you have to have it all figured out. I became the therapist I wish I’d had back then: someone who gets the grind, respects the hustle, but isn't afraid to dive into the deep stuff. I'm Strength-First, always. We aren’t going to spend every session just staring at what’s broken. My work is rooted in Resiliency and Power. We’re going to find what’s already working well for you and amplify it. Whether we are navigating racial identity, reclaiming your authenticity, or turning "I’m not enough" into "I’m just getting started," we do it by focusing on your inherent strengths. You’ve spent enough time playing by everyone else’s rules. Let’s grow your power and find the version of you that doesn't need to perform to be worthy.
