Introduction

Feeling stressed, anxious, or just not like yourself lately? Between work, school, family, and relationships, life can pile up fast. You might be overthinking, losing sleep, or feeling stuck in patterns that won’t change no matter how hard you try. You don’t have to go through it alone. I help people manage stress, overcome anxiety, and rebuild confidence so they can feel calmer and more grounded day to day. My goal is to help you make sense of what’s happening and find practical steps toward relief and clarity. My approach combines understanding with real-world strategies you can use right away to manage anxiety, handle emotions, and respond to life’s challenges with more ease. I’m warm, straightforward, and focused on helping you make lasting changes that actually stick. You can expect sessions that are supportive but active—I’ll listen closely, teach practical tools, and give honest feedback to help you move forward. Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s been happening and what you’d like to change. We’ll take things at your pace and start finding a direction that feels right for you. I also offer individual relationship therapy to help you understand patterns, set boundaries, and build stronger connections, even if your partner isn’t in therapy. Whether you’re juggling work pressure, school demands, family tension, or old wounds that still show up, we’ll work together to help you find balance and direction again.
