Introduction

I’m Dr. Robin Landau, a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to helping teens (14+) and adults transform their relationship with food and body image through eating disorder therapy and integrative care. I work with individuals who are navigating diagnosable eating disorders as well as those who feel caught in quieter but still painful struggles like disordered eating, chronic dieting, obsessing about appearance, or feeling at odds with their bodies. I provide support for parents and loved ones as well who are impacted. All services are offered virtually to clients in Santa Clarita and throughout California. With more than twenty years of experience, I offer a deeply attuned, integrative approach that honors the emotional roots of your challenges and the practical needs of healing. I provide a calm, thoughtful space where you can feel supported, understood, and guided with expertise and intention. My approach combines practical tools with genuine care and understanding. Every person’s experience is unique, so therapy is always tailored to your needs, whether that means learning ways to manage stress and emotions, exploring the deeper “why” beneath certain patterns, or rebuilding trust in yourself and your body. Whether you’re beginning recovery, supporting a loved one, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, there’s a path forward that fits your needs. Each service I provide is designed to meet you where you are. Recovery often works best with a strong, coordinated team. I collaborate closely with: Registered Dietitians, Pediatricians, Primary Care Physicians and Internists, Psychiatrists. This team-based approach ensures you’re supported on every level, medically, nutritionally, and emotionally.
