I am a licensed psychologist and executive coach offering two distinct services: psychotherapy and executive coaching/leadership development. Clients work with me in one role or the other, depending on their goals and needs. My psychotherapy practice focuses on supporting adults navigating emotional health, identity, relationships, work stress, burnout, and life transitions. I bring particular expertise in working with neurodivergent individuals, including a specialization in supporting autistic clients who are navigating masking, relationship challenges, and questions of belonging and identity. My approach is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based psychological care, with an emphasis on insight, self-awareness, and sustainable change. Separately, I offer executive coaching and leadership development for leaders, executives, and professionals who want to lead more intentionally and with greater clarity, effectiveness, and alignment with their strengths. Coaching is future-focused, action-oriented, and strength-based, supporting leaders in decision-making, leadership presence, organizational dynamics, and navigating complex systems – without framing difference as deficit. Across both services, I bring more than two decades of experience as a licensed psychologist with extensive executive leadership experience. While psychotherapy and coaching are distinct in purpose and structure, my work in each is guided by psychological science and the same core values: clarity, integrity, respect for neurodiversity, and designing ways of living and leading that do not require constant self-compromise.
