Introduction

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and specialize in couple's and family therapy and enjoy working with individuals of all ages. Your therapeutic journey will be a collaborative approach where we work together to establish treatment goals, and I will support your individual and/or family needs though the lenses of family system theories, Choice Theory, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field with a history of working with families in crisis, community counseling, and I have been a counselor educator in a graduate program for over 10 years. Currently I am scheduling sessions on Mondays only either in-person at the Osage Beach, Missouri clinic or via telehealth and accepting referrals.
