Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when you’ve been trying to manage everything on your own. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly about what you’re experiencing. I work with adolescents and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship or family difficulties, major life transitions, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is trauma-informed, recognizing that past experiences can influence how we think, feel, respond, and relate to others. I believe therapy should be collaborative and individualized—there is no single approach that works for everyone. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate while also being honest and practical. Together, we can identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of coping, and build on the strengths you already have. I incorporate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, grounding techniques, and other evidence-based strategies based on your individual needs and goals. Whether you are navigating a difficult season of life, processing experiences from your past, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, you do not have to figure everything out alone. Therapy can be a place to slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and begin moving toward the life you want.
